There are many areas to explore with the Jeep. Our team will provide a guide book for your use with various route suggestions. At no time may a Jeep be used on on any surface other than an established, maintained, and improved road, as designated by the proper governmental authority.

  • Due to federal regulations by the National Park Service, vehicles on the Denali Park Road itinerary are only permitted to drive the first 15 miles of the National Park Road.

  • PROHIBITED USES:

  • The Vehicle shall NOT be operated or driven by anyone: (a) who engages in intentional, willful, wanton, or reckless conduct; (b) while under the influence of drugs or alcohol; (c) to tow anything; (d) to push anything; (e) on any surface other than an established, maintained, and improved road, as designated by the proper governmental authority; (f) for commercial hire; (g) in connection with conduct that could be properly charged as a felony; (h) in a speed test or contest or driver training activity; (i) who is not an Authorized Driver; (j) outside the United States; (k) to carry passengers in excess of the number of seat belts provided by the Vehicle's manufacturer or outside the passenger compartment; (1) who provides fraudulent information to us; or (m) while reading or typing a text message or other non-voice message or communication on a cellular telephone, personal data assistant, iPad, tablet, or computer. The Vehicle shall not be left unattended with the keys in it. No person shall smoke or carry live or dead fish or animals, except as required by law, inside the Vehicle.
